TRAINING EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Standard practice equipment for all training groups includes a practice suit (any make & color), swim cap (optional), goggles, towel, and mesh bag (to store equipment). Additional training equipment is introduced as the swimmers advance in swim levels. All swimmers need a kick board and fins. Intermediate II and up swimmers also need paddles and pull buoys.

Team Suit - Speedo Quantum Splice (female), Speedo Spliced Jammer or Brief (male). Championship meet option: FINA approved technical suit - Speedo and/or team colors preferred.

Team T-Shirt (worn with NAVY shorts or pants if the team warm-up is not purchsed)
Team Warm-Up (optional) - Speedo Sonic Jacket and Pants in Navy*
Team Parka (optional) with SWAT tackle twill lettering on back*
Team Back Pack - Speedo Team Pro Back Pack in Navy*

*Warm-Up jacket and back pack need to be personalized with team acronym (SWAT) and swimmer's first and last name. Parka needs to be personalized with swimmer's first and last name. All embroidery to be done in MAIZE (our team's yellow).

WHERE TO GET SWAT EQUIPMENT

One team cap and T-shirt is provided with registration. Additional caps and T-shirts may be purchased through the team at $12 each.
