TRAINING FEES
are incurred and due on the 1
st
of each month. $10.00 late fee is assessed if full payment is not RECEIVED by the 10
th
of the month. If payment is not received by the 10
th
of the following month, swimmer(s) may be suspended, at the discretion of the Board, from participating in any or all Team training or activities, including meets. If a swimmer trains for any part of a month, the full month’s fee is due.
A swimmer may withdraw from the program – temporarily or otherwise – by providing written notice (e-mail preferred) to the ESPAF Treasurer by the 20
th
of the month to prevent incurring training fees for the following month.
Training fees will continue to be incurred and due on the 1
st
of each month, regardless of swimmer(s)’s attendance, until written notice is provided to the ESPAF Treasurer.
Prepayment discount
: 10% for 12 months (Sept. to Aug.); 5% for 6 months (SEPT-FEB/MAR-AUG)

MEET FEES
are payable to ESPAF, are due with meet entry forms and prior to meet participation, and cannot be refunded once swimmer is entered in a meet regardless of swimmer’s attendance at the meet. All travel expenses are the responsibility of the swimmer’s parent/guardian. Note – Meet participation, including the number of days participating, is optional. A team T-shirt and cap (included with registration fees), and team suit (purchased through Swim & Tri) are needed for meets.
All program fees (training, registration, meet, etc.) are payable to ESPAF.
